Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

The Sensor Connection can accept, for exchange or return, only items which were purchased direct from The Sensor Connection within the last 30 days and are in new resalable condition. Restocking fees and refurbishment charges will be handled at the discretion of the engineering sales department which can be reached at 248-636-1515.

Restocking Charge
The standard restocking charge is $25 or 35% of list price, whichever is greater. Non-stocked or special order equipment may not be returnable and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Stocked Equipment
LVDT Position Transducers, LVDT Signal Conditioning, LVDT Accessories, Pressure Switches, Pressure Transducers, Pressure Transducer Accessories.

Specific warranty provisions
The Sensor Connection warrants that units shipped will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) month from date of shipment. In the event that warranty service is required, The Sensor Connection will, at its discretion, either repair or replace unit(s) or product(s) found to be defective, provided that they are returned prepaid to The Sensor Connection.

What this warranty does not cover
Warranty provisions cover only defects in material and workmanship provided by The Sensor Connection. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, misapplication, abuse, accident or non-The Sensor Connection alterations, modification, upgrade or improper return shipping, packaging, delay of shipment by carrier or shipping damage.

How warranty service is obtained
Warranty service may be obtained by contacting The Sensor Connection. Please provide unit type or part number, serial number(s) and or date code(s) along with the description of the problem(s) being experienced. In the event that the unit(s) or product(s) must be returned for evaluation and/or repair or replacement. The Sensor Connection will provide an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number along with return address and instructions on how to return.

In the event that the unit(s) or product(s) are returned and are determined to have no defect, or if any misuse, misapplication, abuse, accident, non-The Sensor Connection alteration, modification, upgrade or improper return shipping, packaging or shipping damage have taken place, The Sensor Connection reserves the right to apply an Evaluation Charge per unit which will be billed to the customer.

Note: The Sensor Connection will not, under any circumstances, accept any returned goods or materials without an accompanying Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Repair or replacement is your only warranty
Your only remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of unit(s) or product(s) as described above. The Sensor Connection will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use unit(s) or product(s) supplied. The Sensor Connection expressly disclaims any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and no other warranty is specified or implied.
